Common Good Films - Volunteer Videography

VOLUNTEER VIDEOGRAPHY

Common Good Films recruits volunteer filmmakers around the country to produce videos celebrating role models who exemplify community service
for the common good.

Just as Habitat for Humanity mobilizes volunteer construction workers,
Common Good Films coordinates the production of short documentary films spotlighting ordinary people who do extraordinary good.

Nominations for subjects for the videos can be posted on this website. We will select the subjects and then recruit a local producer, researchers, scriptwriter, camera crew, and post-production video editors.

Everyone involved will be volunteers.

Videos will be posted on this website as well as being provided to the
subject being honored in the film.

The Autism Project
This project seeks short videos about amazing individuals who overcome obstacles and enrich those around them through their gifts, talents and energy. Autistic children and adults come in all shapes and sizes, with a wide variety of skills and interests.

The Urban Legends Project
Inner cities suffer from many problems, but they are often the platform for extraordinary role models. These role models can be clergy, teachers, foster parents or young people.
